STORMPAY LATE MODELS INVADE TWIN CITIES RACEWAY
It was a big weekend in Vernon this past weekend. Not only was the annual
sassafras tea festival going on, but Late Model drivers made their first
appearance of the 2007 season at Twin Cities. Also on the bill were Super
Stocks, Pure Stocks, Mini Stocks and Cruisers.
Feature winners included the #49 car of Brad Cummings in the Stormpay Late
Model duel, Alan Magner in the Super Stock class, Jonathan Holler in Mini Stocks,
Mark Hines took the checkered flag in Pure Stocks and the team of Robert Hicks
and Bill Jackson won the Cruiser class.
The next night of racing at Twin Cities Raceway Park in Vernon is scheduled for
Saturday Night May 5th and will feature Stormpay Late Models, UMP Modifieds,
Pure Stocks, Mini Stocks and Cruisers. General Admission is $8.00 and Pit
